If you have to solve an immediate learning problem and need to create a fully bespoke training plan.

  • Meeting with your key stakeholders, gathering:
  • Company knowledge, Market and industry challenges, Your learner profiles, Previous learning challenges & successes, Future Business plan and targets, What you are trying to achieve with Learning, What existing content exists, How will you measure success
  • You’ll receive a bespoke Training Plan detailing everything you need to take your Business to the next level.

Content Development

If you don’t have the ability to create modern learning content, or your internal team is too busy.

  • My team of industry experts will take your bespoke Training Plan and turn it into modern, effective, learning content with a dash of AI magic.
  • If you already have an internal content team, we collaborate with them to increase their capacity and deliver using their approved tools.
  • I liaise with the entire team during the delivery process. Your internal marketing, sales and SMEs will be included throughout the process.
